How to Read the Error Code

The R96V control board has a small two-digit numeric display that shows error codes when something goes wrong. Each code flashes on and off in a repeating pattern until the problem is resolved. Codes are divided into two levels: Level 1 faults are minor issues where the furnace can continue running but may not perform optimally, while Level 2 faults are serious problems that shut down the furnace.
