How to Read the Error Code

Carrier furnaces use a two-digit LED blink code on the control board. Count the short flashes (first digit) then the long flashes (second digit). A continuously off LED means no power to the control board; a continuously on LED indicates normal standby. Fault codes remain in memory and are automatically cleared after 72 hours.
